These people call from a New York number, a Los Angeles number, and a Miami number. Incredibly rude when you start saying you have never had a cash advance! Does anyone know how to make them stop??
We keep receiving telephone calls from this number stating that a person in my household has a lawsuit pending with them. Of course you can tell it's a scam becuase once a lawsuit is filed the plaintiff cannot contact you directly. They started calling at 7am and I asked the man to stop calling my house and he didn't because we kept receiving telephone calls from the same number. The man on the phone was incredibly rude. I just found out that this same person also contacted my family member at work. Don't fall for their scam and don't let these people scare you.
This phone number has been calling about a lawsuit the is being filed against me for a unpaid cash advance that I never took out. It is obviously fraud and I have reported it to the police department.
I have been getting calls from the same number. It is disturbing that this is happening. This guy will not stop calling. If you apply for a payday loan online is where this is coming from. I have several friends that have been getting the same calls as well. I am going to report it as well but my local law enforcement agency said it would do no good as they cannot stop the calls.
