Second City Records has an A&R by the name of Chris Madden and this is supposed to be his Office Number.  Chris Madden gathers more artists every day, each week.  If you live in Chicago or just anywhere in Illinios, do you know of Second City Records (SCR Chicago) and if so contact the artists on there roster (Second City Records) and let them know.  A lot of strange things have been happening with the artists since July 1, 2008.
