Received a phone call from the above number. Did not answer and they did not leave a message. I called the number back and listened to a recording that said I was to enter my telephone number if i wanted to be on the registry. It appeared to be fraud.
I been having the same problem.. this is a list of the numbers they are using:

They called me asking for a deposit for a loan and after talking with the man for a few moments I decided not to do it and he call me stupid and a f*&%ing b#$&% It is a scam someone should kill this cyber terrorist hodgy
Been calling here for days. Saying nasty vile things. Does no good to report it because they just change numbers.
So I just call each number 10 times and when they answer I let go an air horn into the phone. Dont know if it will work, but bet they have one hell of an ear ache!
Have you ever seen the first "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" movie? (I would NOT advise children to watch.) There's a particular scene in it (and if you've ever seen it, you'll KNOW which one) that I find particularly fitting for people that make those types of threats!
Then, again, that fella may actually enjoy having that method.
(My apologies, mods. I'm TRYING to be as polite and "delicate" as possible. It's not my intent to offend anyone.)
Well, since they seem to want to "talk dirty," tell them you charge $100/minute, put the money on prepaid card, call you back and give you the number and info off the back,after you verify it, they have that many minutes to "talk dirty"!
I've found that humor works better to throw these type people off than anger or fear, or telling them you're going to report them. If they KNOW you're treating them as a joke, it tells them their attempts of intimidation/bullying aren't working. They get confused, frustrated, and flustered.
But, if you want to swap it up and play differently, I've found the following to be effective with a scammer collection agency that was harassing me.
These people would generally call first about "delivering legal documents," then they'd be "calling from an attorney's office," then "Agent --- calling to let you know there's a federal warrant out for your arrest UNLESS you pay $xxx TODAY, RIGHT NOW."
Here are the techniques:
they call: "Is this John Doe?"
me: "who's calling?"
them: "this is --- with the civil procedures division"
me: "of what company?"
them" "civil procedures division" (and keep trying to talk, and I interrupt)
me: "I understand the department. Let me explain, I REQUIRE the name, address, local telephone number, and CEO's name of your company, as well as your CCA#. Until I receive that, NOTHING you have to say is of interest to me."
them: trying to ignore you, talking about what they want, and I interrupt
me: "are you going to provide me with the INFORMATION I REQUIRE?"
them: keep talking and ignoring you ... HANG UP!
They call back, answer, HANG UP
They call back, answer with "Are you going to provide me with the INFORMATION I REQUIRE?"
if they don't start spewing out that information, HANG UP
They call back, answer, HANG UP0
They call back, answer, "You DO understand that I can hang up on you ALL day long, right? I made time to do that ALL day today. OR you can provide the INFORMATION I REQUIRE and I'll let you finish your message."
They usually just hang up and leave you alone a while.
If it's "an attorney's office" info you require:
Name of law firm, address, local number, Lead attorney's name, and State in which is licensed to practice law AND Bar #
If an "Agent" threatening warrant, the info you require:
What law enforcement agency, full name and badge number, what department in that agency, local number of that agency, and name of person that's head of that department so you can verify the call (which you'll do by looking it up on the internet)
I don't know about you, but I've been telling men "NO" for a LONG time. This is the equivalent of NO MEANS NO. It doesn't matter whether you're telling a grown man or a two year old ... NO MEANS NO! MY PHONE, MY RULES and if you don't want to follow them, then you'll have the consequences!
IF you ever get any of the information you require, then start searching on the net and see what else you can dig up and post it on EVERY number they're using! Give them all the FREE ADVERTISING they do NOT want!
Also, report them to ANY and ALL government agencies you can think of! Sooner or later, one of them will get tired of getting complaints and actually start investigating!
