Who called from 3124881898

I keep getting calls from this number and when i answer they hang up but of i call back it plays some creepy music

They call my cell phone everyday anywhere from 3-6 times. It is borderline harrassment. They tell me the are a Personal Loan Agency, but when I tell them I'm not interested, due to the fact I am a banker and to take me off their list. They still have not and I can't report them to the BBB for harassment, because they are people from India.

Just keeps calling and won't stop!!!
