This number comes up “PRIVATE” on my ID, I receive very few calls, so if the call is from a number I don’t recognize I ignore it, it’s the best way to reduce your frustration when dealing with callers who have found a creative way to work around the DO-NOT-CALL list.

I have a contact in my phone that I add numbers like this.. Set the ring tone to none and you won't even know they called until later.

Got a call from 312-489-2154.  No message the first time; just breathing on the line the second time???  Bounced it directly into v/mail the third time (caller i.d. said "private name").

Received a call from them with no messages left after signing up for a job site!

Same.  Received call shortly after signing up with job site.
