Who called from 3124898306

I first blocked them, then called them back.. He said we know your computer is running slow.  I said how do you know that he said we have your ip address.  I said let me hear what it is and I will tell you if you are right... he hung up :)

Just got another call from this number.
They never leave a message and I don't answer.
Don't guess they will ever stop calling.

I have been getting calls from this number for three months. if I call back, it states the number is disconnected.
