I keep getting calls from this number when I call it back it plays music or it is someone laughing and talking, then hangs up.  Really annoying...

This number has called me multiple times in the last couple days asking if I want a loan and I have told them each time to stop calling me.

Calls everyday, sometimes twice a day. Leaves no messages. They were told yesterday to stop calling and I am on the donot call list..

i answered phone and no one answered. i hung up.
