How unfortunate you don't understand the scam. The number is obviously faked. Every few days the number is changed to keep people answering the phone. I hope you have a lot of number you can block! The robodialer will be reprogrammed in a few days and the number you blocked will never show up again. Who won? Block the area code. Unfortunately, they program the robodialer to parrot the area code of the number being called, so you'd have to block your own area code.
