Received a call from this number. Caller ID just says United States. I didn't answer; no message left.

Called asking if I wanted a 25,000 loan with 2-4 % interest rate, man was very eager to get my information.

Another no message call
When you call back , it is not in service.
How do these places get a no. to begin with?
I feel I am wasting my time even posting this.
How can you possibly help anyone with this type of service?
