Who called from 3125044888

I got a text message from this phone number.  It said:

"Contact The Notification Center immediately at 1-888-284-8918 ext 124.  A promotion was entered to receive a NEW CAR."

Got a call from "Marilyn" (marbles in her mouth) saying I won a  new car- or 1 of 4 prizes from a sweeps I entered (didn't enter) at 1-888-284-8918 ex 124. Not calling back.

Probably span/scam/

Got a text saying to contact 1-866-430-3180 ex 124. A promotion was entered to receive a NEW CAR. Yeah right!!!
