Unfortunately Herbie Zucker is a fraud, drug addict, broke down gambler who will scam anyone, without remorse. He literally stalked my friend who has known him for years and thought him harmless, begging to place bets as my friend went to Vegas often for family reasons.
Herbie met a friend of theirs from Vegas and apparently set up a gambling account only to stage a suicide hoax when he lost after many big wins. He is pathetic and tragic and should never be trusted. His demons will catch up with him, just like his lies.
