i got a request from him to buy my motorcycle and he was going to send a transport company to pick it up and pay thru paypal

Was he a legitimate buyer? He is currently talking to me about buying a car.

Same thing just happened to me. Listed a vehicle for sale and his text to me was:
"I'm ok with the present condition so let me have the zip code of where it is, I want to forward the address to my transport company to calculate how much it will cost me for the pickup.  because i will not be able to come and see it due to my work thanks".  He is a scam, so glad I saw this!  His number is 312-509-7826
