Who called from 3125097883

I received an email regarding a craigslist post in VA for a diamond ring asking me to text this number.  Wanted to send paypal payment and ring to San Diego.  Attempted to call the number and stated phone # was a text only number for US and 49 countries.  Person claimed to be Cheryl but felt this was a scam because 312 is a Chicago area code and a text only phone.  Would advise not to do business with.

Thanks for the info.  That number just texted me too about a ring on craigslist.
