They have been texting me, saying that they want to loan money. If you call it, someone said they hacked their voicemail, and they are a scam. got the same test mssg twice from two different numbers. Same thing, "Need Christmas cash?" would really like to prosocute the a-holes that are doing this if at all possible
I recieved a text from this message, something about a "speedy advance" and borrowing money. Since I didn't recognize the number, I called it, and of course no one answered. A man on the voicemail recording said the voicemail had been hacked, that it was a fraudulent company and to not accept any offers from it.

They know that they are operating under the grey area of the law, and will continue to do so until they are stopped... You can get your cell phone removed by calling them.

In individual states have individual laws that prohibit this activity. If you contact your state attorney general, you may have a complaint that can be addressed in criminal courts. Please take the time to contact them and ask them if this is illegal in your state. If it is, please ask to file a report. If a certain state can get enough complaints, then they have justification to file suit.
