this is in fact WoodForest National Bank, you can't call number back because it's an outbound courtesy call to let you know your account is overdrawn. Easy solution, if you don't want the unknown call, don't overdraw your account!
i called from my friends phone at her house and after i left her house they called me back at her house. i called 1866bank 724. then 1 hour later they called me back at her house. i cant beleive this. all because my account is over drawn.
i was at my friends house and i called woodforrest national bank because i have direct deposit and i will have money in the bank soon. well i called the 1800-bank-724 # and they called my friends house after i had left with this #. this practice of calling my friends and god knows who else is illegal. i am over drawn at the moment but that is no excuse for illegal acts such as this. i then called the customer care # and they wanted my account # and i refused i know that there is some place to report this kind of behavior and i am off to find it. woodforrest you should be a shamed of yourselves after all the identity theft out there you are just calling whomever to pester me for money that will be there in the next day or 2. i have been with this company for 5 years and i think its time for a change to a bank that does not play with my
