Getting calls from this number as well....even on weekends! Just rang today on a Sunday. I don't know why this would be from Dell since I've never purchased anything from them. Caller ID only shows as Chicago, IL. They've stayed on the line long enough to hit my voice mail & hang up...no distinct background noise to identify it as a call center or anything.
Phone rang 3 times, then noise sound on ans machine. Tried redialing, but no one picks up call. Caller ID reads Chicago IL. Similar call and circumstance from 312-523-0880. Our phone number is on the federal Do Not Call list.
Received call from 312-523-0888. The ID'er showed Telesight.
Since I don't know anyone in the Chicago area I didn't answer
I'm on 'Do Not Call List' so it must of been a charity of some type calling.
This is the number for Dell (and possibly other company's,) phone survey system. They will call you repeatedly, several times until you answer. No voicemail will be left.

Must be a recorded bot that hung up on you, a trick made to think that a real caller hung up on you. Your caller(a desperate crook) is behind a computer sending out automated calls.
