Who called from 3125230994

I have rec'd over 50 calls from this number plus 20 others.Iam completely FED UP with the BS.I have no idea who is calling nor what they want.I keep getting some arab with a deep accent stating I owe money and to watch my back.And I am on Do not Call Registry.It still doesn't do any good.

I called this number back and they said this is from Education Direction because I filled out an online form to further my education.

Ah..no!

This number called. I didn't answer then I called back. It keeps hanging up. It's a downtown Chicago area code and number.

They were very heavily accented and when I asked why they were calling, they said "we have no message to leave for her. We'll call later." Then hung up on me. I didn't even recognize my name when she said it.
