This is apparently a number for Second City Records; a record label based in the Chicago/Dekalb area. One Dave Soto claims to be representing Second City Records.

I have looked up their address and their is no building or address that matches 2583 Sycamore Road. Suite 25
Chicago, IL 60601.
please do your research before signing a contract and giving them $1000.

This is in fact a scam. You will recieve a vauge general e-mail and contact one "Dave Soto" Of what is allegedly "second city records" As mentioned above, after researching the address, Nothing is found.
Better off deleting the e-mail and moving on. Beware.
