Got the same call from the same number, a women told me I have an upcoming mediation and would like to try to settle before the mediation. WRONG, told her to take me off her scam list.
Woman called and gave her name as Cheryl Conyers from the Davidson Co. Legal Dept. Said they have two felonies against me. Theft by deception and defrauding a financial institution. The caller ID said Chicago, Illiniois and I do not live there. I think this is a scam.
