The funny thing about this court summons message is I live in Orange county and the court summon for Santa Barbara county which is more than 200 miles away and the number they want me to call back is 312 548 0604, a Chicago Illinois number.

This is a robocall message from the usual court summons scam that's been going around for a few years. Don't be fooled into calling back and giving personal information. If it was legitimate, they wouldn't call you first before serving you with court papers and they'd also send you a certified copy in the mail. The so-called "summons server" is calling from the same toll free number where the alleged lawyer's office can also be contacted - total scam. I never answer calls from toll free numbers or any numbers I don't recognize and never call them back.
