I rec'd a message with no business name attached to the call, just to hit a particular button to talk with someone, have my number opted off the list or leave a message. I do not answer calls that I do not recognize the number & I do not like when the caller does not identify themselves.
It's a scam illegal to telemarket to consumer wireless numbers. The caller ID is being spoofed so if you call back you get the altered voice greeting about a fraudulent scam entity currently some B's about national dental plan supposed to make seniors think they can get coverage on medicare. Pteviously it was reported as a fraudulent perscription card and off shore pharmacy scam. It's offshore VoIP using caller ID spoofing and autodialer displaying a number that has been ported which was assigned to Verizon wireless. It is an identity theft scam.
You can bet if they were onshore they wouldn't be calling registered numbers on the do not call list nor registered number blocks assigned to cell phone providers.
