Very thick accent, has called three times today. Asks for Jennifer someone, can't understand the last name, but it's not close to the two Jennifers in our office. I've told him each time we have no one by that name. He then asks for someone by name and title who is in our office. I transferred to his extension the first two times. The third time I asked if he could leave a message and he says he doesn't have a callback number so can't leave a message. Not answering his call next time.
Called, asked for a former employee I stated he no longer works here. Asked who was his replacement I stated that person is out sourced in another office asked for the phone number. I said NO! he said thank you and hung up.
He has called us twice now for certain, each call was within days of each other. Both times, he asked for "John Smith", when informed that we have no one by that name employed with us, he asked for our IT manager. When informed that we outsource our IT, the first time he hung up, the second he asked for a general manager. I told him that we have been through this before and he completely ignored me and continued asking for a general manager. I told him no one was available, would he like to leave a message and he hung up. Refuses to give ANY information. Refuses to acknowledge we are repeating a conversation from a couple of days ago. SUPER annoying!!!
Called, asked for IT Manager, said it was a support call, gave his name as Max Mackenzie from IBM, with a callback number of 1 800 180 6364. Was very insistent that I transfer him to the IT Manager, did not want a callback but eventually gave the info as I put above. I can't find any information about the number he gave and I don't want to call it to find out.
