Caller ID shows caller as Wireless Caller.  Did not leave a msg on answering machine.  I am sure that it was from the folks noted by Bob.  It has been awhile since they called.  The US Senate is discussing the issue of "Robocalls".  Write your Senator and encourage them to came  up with a plan to stop these type calls.

Keep getting these calls from this and various numbers.  Especially get the OLD windows scam.  So much for the DO NOT CALL registry.  That is a scam in itself because it allows all kinds of "groups"  to be exempt.  Sorry, when I say do not call I mean just that, DO NOT CALL whoever you are.  If an emergency of course that would be OK.   Most of the calls are scammers.  People need to get a life and quit worrying so much about their "privacy" and let the FCC do what it has to in order to stop this crap.  I am tired of it.

LOL!  The DNC does what it is supposed to do. Criminals and foreign country's are not going to obey our laws period.  As for the Political, Some survey's and Charity.. they too can get into trouble if they do not place you on their internal DNC.  And if you live in Oregon, the charity's can't call at all (state DNC)!

As for these type of calls, most of these are coming from India and Pakistan. Microsoft did catch one in Florida and is suing them.  Not much you can do short of call blocking them though. Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
