Peter Michaels of New American Builders Magazine it's a (supposedly) bi monthly subscription, they're lining up "complimentary" adds for the Jan 2013 issue. Which after 45 days costs 10k, 6k, 4k or 3k depending on the spread.

They called back 60 sec later and asked for another employee. Call ended after I referred to them as the "new american builders mag". He hung up on me. How professional.
They were referred because they contacted an associated business and asked for their list of approved vendors and then began calling that list (us). Saying that they were referred by their first target....
