Plays to egos of C-suite and General Counsel who want to see their name and feel good story in print (slick as it is, distribution will be limited to the company/ GC profiled and their vendors who paid (extorted) to "advertise"). Oldest game in the book. None of their "profiles" on their website even have the dates of when the "profile" was published. Maybe vendors should start including a restricted name disclosure in contracts with clients - ie, "you are not allowed to use or reference our name in any marketing material or public relations campaigns without first contacting your attorney for approval for a one-time use..." BTW - they shy away from contacting the marketing folks at the companies and go straight to the relationship contact at your firm.
