They must get credit for the number of phone calls they make. . . whether or not anyone will talk with them! I requested information from the Art Institute.
I started gettin calls from this num. a week ago. they call multiple times everyday. They don't leave a message and when i pick up , it is silent on the other end. weird and very annoying!
