Who called from 3125687007

Received this call to my California number at 7:01 pm on February 5th. Didn't pick up. Good thing I didn't; will block this number.

Called saying I won some Cruise Vacation, soon as the guy answered I said is this a scam and he hung up instantly so I suppose I got my answer

Called at 3:30 EST. No message.

I answered, it was a recording saying I entered my name in a contest and won a cruise package on Royal Carribean, blah, blah, blah...I then hung up.

Received automated call from 312-568-7007.  They said they are calling from a contest I entered with Carnival Cruise Lines, (which I have) and then to press 1 to be connected to a travel consultant and press 2 to decline call and put on a Do Not Call List.

I did neither, and the call hung up.

The problem is that being a contest, I would have also received an email or other type of communication (mail) if this was legit.
