They are calling our law office at least 15 times a day and just sit in silence unless you wait 30 seconds or more and then they say "Hello?!" as if you are the idiot and didn't answer their call properly. The delay is a nuisance and the obsessive amount of calls per day is becoming unbearable.

Call the phone number back and it will say that the ABA wants to offer you a new membership. Then it will tell you that if you don't want to receive soliciting calls anymore to press 1. That will stop the calls.
Yes, they are doing the same to me. I can read on my telephone display that it is from the American Bar Association. They NEVER leave a message. I must have answered their call one time, but no one spoke so I hung up, and that is probably what started them calling me two and three times day.
