Got 2 more calls from this number today, one right after the other. I blocked it yesterday, and that's probably why. The caller must have thought there was a problem with the connection, but there's no connection problem. There's a problem with being harassed by repeated unwanted phone calls from telemarketers. Report them. I did.
Thanks for your posts on this, everyone. I've gotten 5 calls from this number in less than a week, none of which I've answered, and whoever it is never leaves a message. Only time that ever happens is when it's a telemarketer. Any legitimate caller who wanted to get in touch with me that bad would leave a message. But it's nice to have confirmation before taking the nuclear option of blocking further calls -- which I've now done. Thanks again.
These a-holes can't take no for an answer and keep calling and calling. I'm fed up enough to report them to the FCC. I have three businesses and zero time for this constant harassment with the phone calls. The gal who answers the phone when I call back is super nice and felt really bad when I told her about the repeated phone calls. I'll hold off on my complaint until I see if they keep calling.

A person by the name of Jonathan Freedman calls incessentantly and leaves no real details other than his name, number and that he needs to speak with a particular individual. The funniest thing is that the sales person actually got angry when he kept getting forward to voicemail--it was hilarious!!!
Hopefully they will read this and tune up their strategy. Honesty about why you are calling works well. If I want to buy something from you, I will let you know the first time. The fifteenth time? You can be most certain that I am not interested in your offering.
