312-578-7017 (National Opinion....) or whoever they really are - call our home at all hours of the early morning and later in the evening - everyday. They don't leave a voicemail. I decided to answer last night but they hung up on me. I'm really fed up and I'm going to take legal action.
i got a call tonight from 312-578-7017 caller id said national opinion. answered and they were doing a one of i think three surveys depending on the age of your children. the problem i found was they started out okay but then they went to your income, the all the dr your children had their immunizations with and their phone and addresses. they ask where you have lived during that childs life. at first they say they are just asking about what immunizations they have taken and say you din't have to give their name then later they are asking for dr and child name etc to many personal questions that make you question them. i refused to answer a couple questions and which he had said earlier if there was a question i felt uncomfortable in answering just let him know so i did and the line went dead. i guess if you don't give details of where you live, where you have lived city state and county, how many phones you have, your income, how many in the family, the name of your children, the name of all the drs they have seen. their phone numbers and addresses and your phone number and address they hang up. i found they were asking question that i have never heard of a survey place asking. and my ex worked for one in phx for 10 years. so i wouldn't trust them even if they do work for national center for disease and immunization etc. they say they just want to get your child immunization record but by signing records release form they can get all your childrens medical records along with parents info and childs info most dr now a days as for not just parents social but child also. i wouldn't want to give anyone but my dr or drs free reign on my or my child medical records.
