Robo scum no doubt wanting to tell me my computer is giving them an problem alert, awarding me a stay in a crappy Florida vacation village, claiming they are the IRS or asking for money to support some 99% for profit listed as a non-profit. If everyone does not answer or callback any number you do not know, we can put these bad people out of business. Legit folks will leave a coherent, intelligent and useful message. IRS will never phone you.

Actual person claiming to be from ComEd regarding my electric bill. When asked, she said her name was Autumn Smith from ComEd, and her direct line was 484-664-2855 (which is a Pennsylvania number). Blocked.
