Called my husband yesterday and said was pre-approved for a loan up to $15,000. I called them back today and they said they needed bank account savings or checking so they could transfer the funds and set up an atf payment.

Why would a legitimate company offer a loan without you asking for it? Wait until they tell YOU to send money to THEM first. Then run because that is illegal!
