All I can tell is it's a landline in Chicago,IL  ATT is the provider.

I just called it. It said your life sucks and you'll be charged $19.95/minute for calling it.

So I called it, not really wide awake at the time. I want to know whether my phone bill is going to show an exhorbitant charge because I fell victim to this prank.

I hope i dont get charged as well!
