They called my business and since we have caller ID we saw it a few times as hang ups and finally last time he spoke to the secretary who then passed it to me. i actually spoked to him in spanish and he laughed and started talking in English. I kept asking what he needed and he just kept saying a person that handles the electricity bill because hes calling from the electric company. i said you are calling a business and i am in charged what do you need and he just was acting like a moron. So I said dont call again and he kept saying the same thing. After i hung up i was distrurbed at what i felt was a scam artist i called him back to see the name of this so called business and secretly to see how he felt to be cold called. A different guy picked up and i said in spanish whats the name of your company and he said this is only incoming calls here and we sell car warranty in spanish. so i said i need someone who speaks english in spanish and yet the same guy i spoke to Jose which changed his name to christian said the name of his company is Dish Network (which i found impossible)then i told him well you tried to sell me electricty earlier and the guy try to sell me car warranty and dont ever call here again because i am reporting you to better business buearu. Some have reported this caller a 'car warranty salesman'. I call whoever/whatever is repeatedly calling us an idiot(s). Thank goodness we have a device that can block this irritating caller from ringing our telephone! They call all hours of the day and night. If they are selling car warranties, then that is commercial and they have no respect for the law of our land as it pertains to the 'Do Not Call' list. Our phone numbers are registered on the 'Do Not Call' list. You can report these Rambo phone-jokers to the Federal Trade Commission and they will not do a thing but help them find a way around the law so they can keep harassing you.
Someone reported this number as 'IVR'. I think that is just going to be the technology they use - 'Interactive Voice Response'. ANother person reported this number as originating from Parragon. I don't see any relevant hits with a Google Search for that name either, unless it is hidden thousands of listing down in the search results.
