It was some automated voice talking about applying or signing up for a prescription card for those on Medicaid.

The above comment isnt true bc i got a call and im not on medicaid or anything like that. No idea who it is

Didn't answer but Chris' comment seems to be true. After doing some research, I found out that the call was from a wireless caller.

I answered my phone and they hung up

They called my phone and hung up after one ring...before I even had the chance to ignore the call / decide not to answer. It's some Chicago phone number though
