I am hoping you will read this, Rebecca. 800Notes is NOT a service at all; they cannot help with call-backs, relaying requests, stopping callers, etc. For that, you need other resources. If this truly WAS an amazon caller who called you, they should have provided you with their number. May times, callers are duped by scammers that do this just to collect your personal information. I can only hope that you did not provide them with anything, even if they offered it first. As a hiring authority (and an interviewer), this is never dome; we just call and ask for YOU. We then get on with checking info about your resume (if submitted.)
