Called my cell phone at 12:44 pm on Wednesday, 4/12/2017. Recording evidently started playing while my VM announcement was still playing. Google voice captured this:

Have called me two or three times now. Left voice message. Their recording evidently started while my outgoing greeting was playing because when it started it said "press charges, so call our direct number 312-600-2477 when you get this message." I think it's a bogus debt collector. Debt collectors will usually send something in the mail. Even if you do owe the debt they're referring to, if you ask them to stop calling or if you're pretty sure you don't owe the debt they refer to, they need to stop calling because you can take them to court and collect up to $1500 per each phone call.
