Unless the caller is selling goods or services directly or qualifying you as a sales prospect for a third party, the DNC List does not apply. Political calls, opinion polls, market research that is not qualifying you as a sales prospect and solicitations for charities are all exempt.
Caller ID said Chicago IL. Did not answer phone. Call was recorded by answering machine. Was a male. Tried to see if anyone was on my end by asking my last name, and then my first name, then hung up.
