Why do we even bother having a DO NOT CALL LIST when no one listens to it and nobody does anything about it if you report them. Telemarketers are supposed to be banned from calling numbers on that list. I too do not answer calls I don't recognize because it is a cell phone and I am not going to burn up my minutes on a bozo.
