Please answer them, and find out the name of the company behind them. They will likely give you a search term to find their company. Then report them to Google at https://support.google.com/business/contact/rbc_form for improper use of their trademark names (Like "Google Plus Support" is common). They have sued at least one company for use of their trademark, and I'd be happy if they sued the rest of them, too.
I suspect I know who it is, since I've gotten calls from them in the past, however, only recently have they been brazen again to use Google so blatently. Probably because just using "Map Support" wasn't working very well.
