Chicago Insurance Agency as well as Smith & Associates apparently share the same phone number according to a quick Google search. So I'm assuming one of them is spoofing a legit number or they're both scam artists. Maybe that's why they hang up if you call them back have to check their lists to see if they're scamming you for insurance or fake debt.
I called and the call was disconnected on me as well..But they called bk and stated it was there phone system....I did have a legal matter that this office helped me rectify ..Hope this helps u guys!!!!
