Who called from 3126246171

This is the first call I received from them yesterday.
I was not home.Party hung up and left no message.
Caller ID was Harris A

Google search of companies in Chicago showed a Harris Associates which is
a legitimate company.
This one clearly is not or they would have left a message.

debt collectors keep  calling for the person that previously had my phone number 20 YEARS AGO

Google shows a Harris Associates in Chicago but I suspect it is not them.

Arnold Scott Harris is the attorney's office that does payment plans and collection for the City of Chicago parking and red light tickets.  If you are on a payment plan for these types of tickets and you are late or have missed a payment, they will call to find out what's up.
