Didn't recognize the number but saw that it was a local area code and thought it might be a client. turns out it's just the same spam message that one often gets "Hi, this is Joe. Can you hear me ok?" I get this message every week from a different number. Their goal is to try to get you to say "Yes" so they can have a recording of it for whatever scam they are trying to run.
