This number has called me multiple times a day for over a week now. This is fraud and has become harassment. Reporting this and filing a suit immediately.
Was left a recording where they claimed they were from the Treasury department and I owed the IRS a debt of a considerable amount and I need to call back and need to do this quickly to avoid "penalty considerations" and "maybe jail sentences". The IRS always owes me and I started laughing. Spam!!
1-3x times a day for at least 2-3 months. I never answer because I, too, haven't had Comcast for several years- since '09 when I moved away from chicago.[ I kept the phone #] I'm pretty damn sure that if I had a debt to comcast, I would have heard alot!! more about it well before dec '16. please wish me luck on my latest phone # block app.
