At 1:46 pm today Tuesday 24th of Sept./2013, I got a local call from a African-American person who asked about "Toya", after I responded it was the wrong #, I was told that "Toya" needed to know that caller's brother has passed away.  The call ended after.  
When I tried to verify the number, it was not even registered in my voice log of calls for today.  Yet another call I received earlier today shows..  Could not find information on the # above, anywhere, except it was made from a Sprint cell phone.  Phantom numbers have been showing up in calls made to me lately.  It is worrisome.  I will try to call back to see if # is disconnected, like so many others..  Why the harassment?
