Never say the word"YES" they record your name and voice etc.
Spoofing. I think it's called several other  names to steal and use your number.

I pretty sure this the number that called me may 1 2017. They said they had something to do with medical or hospital. I had just been dealing with medical bills and they said they were able to get bill thrulough to insurance or something and that now I only had to pay $65. So I end up goving them my card number. I tried calling the number that showed up on my bank account summary and it said it was disconnected. Which that was a different number.

Well you were certainly scammed.  You need to notify your bank immediately and dispute the charge.
