Who called from 3126375460

Called 10 minutes ago, no caller ID,  left no message, didn't recognize number, blocked the number.    I don't understand, from what I see on this site, most people block the numbers, so what benefit do these people get from this harassment.  If they really wanted to talk to you, one  would think they  would leave a message or respond when you answered the phone.

Called just now and left no message.

started his talk with:  I am josh from the service center. you have been preselected------  i  stopped the call

Just got called from this number.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Recv'd a call from this number. No response, nothing on the end of the line when I picked up.
