Who called from 3126380648

We have received several calls in the middle of the night from that number,  a fax machine; we get the same caller ID info.

calls continue and unable to stop

I get calls from this number constantly and they won't stop calling. I've left messages with my number to be taken off their list but I'm still getting the calls. What do I do?

This fax machine continues to call at all hours. I've contacted the company numerous times and they inform me it's their offshore advertising company. They have informed me they can't do anything about it.

I've contacted my phone company; they suggested I talked with the FCC. The FCC suggested I contact my local police dept. to file a complaint. The police suggested we speak with a lawyer.

If you call the number now (see my post date) there is an option to record your phone number for removal from call list.  

Hopefully they have set up a legitimate resolution to these annoying 24/7 calls.
