The call was to my cell phone. I did not recognize this number so I did not answer. No voice mail left so I am assuming it was another robô call.

Hi, This is Emily calling about a resort that I recently stayed at.
I didn't stay at any resort and hung up on her.  This is the second time that she called.

I just got a call from this number. I didn't answer and it left no voicemail.

I got a call from this number.  I didn't answer and they left no message.

This number just called me as well and just hung up.
