Just had the same experience. There was usually no one on the line when I answered. When someone was finally there they wouldn't provide any information. They finally said they were Credence Resource Management and that they handled personal business matters but that they couldn't disclose any more. I kept pushing and when I asked them if they were in this country, they promised to take my number off their list and hung up. I'm going to try to find someone to report them to. If anyone knows how or where to file a complaint, please share the info. Thanks
They keep calling and say they are a Debt Collection Agency for AT&T. They keep giving me different amounts as to how much I owed AT&T. I do have cell phone service through them and about 2 years ago I went on my roommate's plan - also w/AT&T. CRM (Credence Resource Management) told me I had an outstanding balance I never paid off. Call got worse, I asked for a supervisor, told them what I keep telling them, and once again explained that AT&T would never let me go on my roommate's plan unless I 1st paid any outstanding balance due. Then he started telling me it happened when I returned my phone. I explained I have the same phone I had before I switched plans. I asked for a letter be sent to me with all info they had. They said they've been sending me letters for a long time. I asked they send another and asked for their mailing address. We'll see what happens. Mailing address CRM gave was: 17000 Dallas Parkway, Ste 204, Dallas TX 75248.
